The Seyaraha is the pilot or navigator of government. Head of the Dalil Aziz, the Seyaraha is responsible for the administration of the Legislative Office of government. The Dalil Aziz, a matriarchal body, has the power to introduce, vote on, and present to the Wazir Al’Rais for signature/autograph any and all bills of the government. Additionally, the Dalil Aziz is charged with overseeing the National Trust as well as the initiation of impeachment proceedings if deemed necessary.
